We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. the return of orders is the responsibility of the customer or the return costs will be charged at €6.50 per package, and deducted from the price of your order. The return period is respected if you ship the goods within said period (14 days).

For any return of merchandise, use the return label attached to your order or edit it from your customer account. To avoid additional costs, please do not return the goods without the return label.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, takes physical possession of the goods or the last goods in the event of partial delivery. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us (cebim.fr) of your decision to withdraw from this contract in writing by a clear declaration (for example, letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).

Items are in original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags intact. Please note that certain items, such as final sale or personalized products, cosmetics, wigs, girdles and underwear, are not eligible for return. Any item damaged or whose original packaging is damaged will not be refunded or exchanged.
